  • Class of 2016:  Request your transcripts using the online service, Parchment
  • Class of 2015 and earlier: Request transcripts by calling the Registrar at (434) 245-2698.  Please provide your full name (at the time of your graduation), your year of graduation, and your date of birth.  If you need transcripts forwarded to a college, please provide the name of the college, its address, and contact information. There may be a small fee associated with processing transcripts.

Alumni Event Coordination

Charlottesville City School Division does not have a staff member who coordinates alumni affairs. Alumni events are organized by CHS alumni. To post an upcoming alumni event on the CHS web page, please contact Beth Cheuk at 434-245-2962 or goodnews@charlottesvilleschools.org.

Alumni Directory Data

Charlottesville City Schools worked with Harris Connect in 2009 and 2013 to produce an alumni directory. This process helps keep alumni connected and updates alumni data for the division. For information about the directory, contact Harris Connect, 800-877-6554 and customerservice@harrisconnect.com.
