    Surveys

As we look ahead, we have created a brief survey to learn your current thinking about two topics. The first topic is your interest in having your child vaccinated at a school-based clinic if they are eligible (currently age 12 and older). The second topic is your tentative preference for in-person or all-virtual learning for the 2021-22 school year. This non-binding survey will help us as we make plans.
