Permissions Checklist

Set permissions for how CCS shows your student’s image or schoolwork. This form is part of the “online registration” process.  Paper forms will be distributed to families who prefer paper.

Technology Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Photo/Video Permissions

• Parents give permission for the school staff to take photos and videos to promote the schools. To receive a link to a Google sheet of students at your school who should not be photographed, check with your principal or school secretary in the fall.
