This fall, students are enjoying a little acorn math at Burnley-Moran…. Students gathered food for injured bear cubs, fawns, and squirrels who can’t find their own. Students then calculated their total haul (343 for this group alone) and subtracted the number (17) that were not good enough to pass on to the Wildlife Center of Virginia.
