'Unfinished Jigsaw' Anthology Celebrates Student Writing & Art

See the world through the eyes of Charlottesville City Schools students! Poems, stories, essays, and artworks by students in pre-K through 12th grade are featured in our division's annual Unfinished Jigsaw Anthology, published now.

Each year, teachers at each school collect student writing and visual art for the publication. This year, 344 literary and visual art entries are featured, organized by themes including identity, family, emotions, personal stories, weather, animals, sports, and school experiences.

Students whose work is included will receive a hard copy of the publication at their schools.
