NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING CHANGE
Please note the Charlottesville City School Board Special Meeting previously scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. has been rescheduled to:
Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
The meeting will still be held in the Booker T. Reaves Media Center, located at Charlottesville High School, 1400 Melbourne Road, Charlottesville, VA. The purpose of the meeting remains the Approval of the FY2026 Operating Budget, as authorized by Section § 2.2-3707 of the Code of Virginia.

On Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. the Charlottesville City School Board will hold a special meeting (Approval of the FY2026 Operating Budget), as authorized by Section § 2.2-3707 of the Code of Virginia, in the Booker T. Reaves Media Center, located at Charlottesville High School, 1400 Melbourne Road, Charlottesville, VA.
A copy of the meeting agenda can be found on the Board's Electronic School Board site.
A Zoom connection option will be available for virtual public participation (see link below to register).
How can the public participate in a Virtual School Board Meeting?
Address the Board on any issue involving the school division by emailing schoolboard@charlottesvilleschools.org.

On Monday, February 10, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. the Charlottesville City School Board will hold a Joint Budget Work Session with Charlottesville City Council, as authorized by Section § 2.2-3707 of the Code of Virginia, for the presentation of FY 2026 Budget. The meeting will be held in the Walker Elementary School Cafeteria located at 1564 Dairy Road, Charlottesville, VA.
